Must read this before you take a loan money from any bank

Borrowing money is very hard job, especially with a poor credit history, banks or money lending companies can expect a lot more and we end up repay a fortune. Having said that, lending companies or banks are prepared to take a huge risk by sanction a loan for an applicant with a poor credit history. Therefore beware that the better credit score you have the better interest rate you will get for your loans.

Now, borrowing becomes part of the day today life for anyone, be it a wealthy business person or an average middle class family member or a student; in this day and age even governments are borrowing, so its no shame in doing that but it is if you pay a higher interest when actually you don't need to, because more lenders are available on the market and looking for a honest borrower.

Research the market:

Potential lenders are widely available on the market, do your research by spending more time on comparing the interest rates APR, penalty charges, length of the loan and further conditions. Especially, compare the over all re-payment cost because some lenders are very clever by indicating less monthly repayment but for longer period or by adding additional documentation charges or similar charges; also make sure that you read the term and conditions before apply for any loan, because in some cases if you miss a re-payment, then you will be charged over due fees, collection charges  and penalty etc so beware of those conditions.

More importantly, check if you repay the full loan amount during the loan period would there be any additional charges applicable, or how the interest rates will be calculated on that circumstances because it is very important during the loan re-payment period if you avail a cheaper loan from another lender it is wise to settle the expensive one and go for the cheaper option, is in it?

Final suggestion, before you apply for any loan make sure that you have done your research and aware of all related terms and conditions and ready to accept the loan if a lender sanction one because every time you apply for a loan the lender will leave their credit check foot print on your credit history which may reduce your credit score and eligibility.

So do compare the available lenders' interest rates, always remember to use cashback websites such as top cashback to get the cheaper interest with a reasonable cash back as well.

Good luck with your loan.

how to make money being a blogger

Do you want to make money blogging? If you do – you’re not alone. More and more bloggers are finding that blogging is a profitable medium. Whether it be to earn a few extra dollars a week to feed their coffee habit, or making enough money to stop them having to get a part time job to get through college, or whether they’ve got it to a point where they are able to make a full time living from their blogging – there are tens of thousands of bloggers who make money blogging.

How to Make Money Blogging

In this page I want to share some information for beginners on how to make money blogging. For a very quick and broad visual intro – check out this Make Money Blogging MindMap which visualizes just SOME of the ways bloggers make money blogging.

First – let me start by sharing my own top Money Making Methods (updated regularly) but below that point you to some great resources and teaching on how to increase your income from blogging.

How I Make Money Blogging

What follows is a quick summary of my main income streams from blogging. Before you read it though – keep in mind that every blog is unique in how it can make money. Some of the following income streams will work on some blogs a lot better than others – the key is to experiment with as many as possible and see what works best for you.

I’ve ranked them from highest to lowest.

I hope you find it useful to see the mix and variety of ways that I earn a living from blogging.

1. AdSense

Adsense

Despite not using it here, I continue to use AdSense with amazing effect on my other blogs. I have them all set to show image and text based ads and find that 250×300 pixel ads work best (usually with a blended design). I don’t have much luck with their ‘referrals’ program but their normal ads work a treat and continue to be the biggest earner for me.

2. Affiliate Programs

miscellaneous affiliate programs

I run a variety of affiliate programs on my blogs – most of which bring in smaller amounts of money that don’t really justify a category of their own (but which certainly add up).

These include recommending quality products like these here on ProBlogger: Thesis WordPress theme, Yaro’s Blog Mastermind Coaching Program and How to Launch the F*** out of your E-Book (and others) as well as some great products on my photography blog including 123 of Digital Imaging, David DuChemin’s amazing Photography E-Books and Mitchell Kanashkevich’s great ebooks.

The great thing about many of these programs is that they are of such high quality that they sell themselves and I am being emailed from readers who sign up to them thanking me for the recommendation!

3. Private Ad Sales/Sponsorships

private-ad-sales

Private ad sales directly to advertisers have fallen for me in the last year (they previously ranked #3 on this list). This is partly due to a change in my own focus but also partly due to the economy as it is.

4. Chitika
Chitika

Chitka continues to be a great performer for me on my blogs. They traditionally have worked best on product related blogs although their Premium ad units now convert well on a larger range of blogs.

5. Amazon Associates

Amazon-Logo-1

Amazon’s affiliate program has been one of my big movers in the last 12 months.

Top 2 ways to make money with online surveys

Make money with online surveys

Online surveys are a great way to make money online for relatively little effort. In fact some of our readers make hundreds of pounds a year by doing online surveys.

While they won’t make you rich, it’s perfectly possible to earn £40-£50 a month from them. If you often have 15-20 minutes to spare in front of your computer at lunchtime or in the evenings, give them a go!
Always remember three things with online surveys:
  • NEVER pay to join an online survey site – the best ones are always free (see the recommended sites below)
  • We recommend setting up a separate email address for surveys (like Hotmail or Gmail) so your main address doesn’t get clogged up with survey emails
  • Join at least five survey sites to get regular paid surveys (if you just sign up to one you won’t get many paid surveys to complete).
The top five online survey sites:

1. MySurvey
2. Swagbucks
3. Inbox Pounds
4. Survey Head
5. Toluna (Toluna sometimes pay you up to £15 to test products at home - which you then get to keep!)

For more information, see our guide on how to make money with online surveys.

2. Get cashback online

If you buy things online, you’re missing a trick if you don’t use cashback sites like Topcashback. Again, these can net you literally hundreds of pounds a year if you use them regularly (last year I got £90 cashback just for buying a mobile I was going to get anyway).
You can make between £40-£50 a month with online surveys

These sites pay you to shop by giving you between 2%-12% of your spend back on hundreds of high street shops and online stores. Why do they pay you? It’s simple: stores give cashback sites money as a ‘thank you’ for sending customers their way. The cashback site then splits this ‘thank you’ money with you (to encourage people to keep using them).

The best two cashback sites are Topcashback and Quidco (but bear in mind Quidco keeps the first £5 of cashback you make to cover their costs, while Topcashback is free).

Important! In order for sites to ‘track’ your cashback, make sure you clear the ‘cookies’ of your internet browser before buying something through a cashback website.

how to find a cheap credit card

The heading appears cheaky, isn't it? Yes, it is infact that is the intention because most of the credit card companies are very cheaky, they want people to spend more money via there distribution channel.

To save our money while scratching our credit cards, firstly we need to ask why on the earth banks are providing credit cards by saying you can use the credit limit with out charging any upfront cost, but at the same time when apply for a personal loan there will be upfront cost involved? because basically banks will not approve credit cards to people with the poor credit history (click the link to find why it is important to check your credit history).

It is simple because poor credit history means low income profile or with bad financial behaviours which means you can't afford to repay the money in time. Therefore, banks want to attract customers who can afford to repay the loan but not as a complete repayment. Here is the tricky game play by most of the banks providing credit card services.

If you mis a payment then first comes first, late charge fees? what is this? it means if you happen to mis any payment then this will bite you with over due payment or late charge fee, then next your credit history will have the consequential impact which means you will lose some credit scores. Infact banks would welcome the customers who would likely to mis thier payment but will be prepared or can afford to repay the money or the minimum payment. On the top, a higher interest charge will also incure of your overdue  balance and so on. So be it, the delay in repayment or repaying only the part payment or repaying only minimum payment that is where the banks can get thier maximum benefit from the customers.

There are a few banks that would provide very generous amount of credit limit to thier account holders, with a very good credit history or income etc, but any how beware of what I have mentioned above and act wisely; because it is always "better be safer than sorry".

Why checking your credit history is important

Ok, you are now concerned about your credit history, if not then yes it is absolutely very important to think about it.

So to understand what is credit history, we need to think as a money lender as to understand first what is the need for a credit history. Banks and lenders are basically required to establish wheather a borrower has a capacity to repay the loan with interest and in time. To gain such a critical and substancial data, they need to have a centralised data base where someone's personal bank history can be accesed, but generally, banks can only access to thier own account of a person excluding thier other financial commitments and past history of repayments or arriors with other lenders because it is against law or banks are very relectant to share the personal data of their customers to each other.

So there is need for a centralised data centre where THERE WILL BE A CREDIT SCORE CALCULATED based on the history of your financial activities be it the loan, credit cards, bank accounts, no of years you are being holding such account, repayments, missed payment, overdraft, mortgage accounts, its details, phone contracts, direct debit details, addresses you lived in the past and so on.

To fullfill the gap companies like experian, equiafax, and checkmyfile are emerged and they are offering one month free trial to check your credit history, also to clarify any missing data. Based on the above details of yours they calculate a generic value to asertain your repayment capacity.

Most of the lenders use two of the above companies to verify a credit history and score prior to sanction the loan, now a days major companies in the UK and US verify credit score of a prospective employee before making a job offer.

So it is vital to check and monitor your credit history, especially if you are planning to get a loan in a near future. click here to get a cashback for checking your credit history on trial basis, but make sure that you unsubscripe your account within the notice period if you don't want to continue with your credit history account on a continuos basis. But most of the credit history checking companies are very genuine to cancel the trial accounts.

Search for comparision sites to keep your accommodation at minimum. However choose the best option based on your personal circumstances.

How I am going? you should prepare a travel plan as to which mode of transport that you are aiming to choose with then the route that you are aiming to travel, compare the price differences between the mode of transports, always remember to ensure the timings of the buses or trains prior to confirm the tickets because some times the waiting time in between connection trains or buses are always tricky and critical.

If you choose to go by car, then first thing get your car checked by a professional mechanic as to establish the car is in a roadworthy condition, then prepare the road map and make sure your navigational software is working properly & updated and route map selection settings are choosen preferably and rightly. This is another important thing which everybody must do when plan to travel, keep as many as possible people's contact details with you of both at your home and destination, because it is vital for a police or ambulance team to find your next to keen's contact details in case of emergency.
